At macSho, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please refer to the following guidelines:

1. Order Cancellation Window

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Simply contact our customer support team at support@macsho.com or +91 9063064210 as soon as possible, and we will process your cancellation.

• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the product under our Return and Refund Policy once you receive it.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please provide the following details to our customer support team:

• Order number
• Reason for cancellation
• Your contact information

Our team will review the request and confirm the cancellation status as soon as possible.

3. Cancellations After Payment

If you request a cancellation after payment has been processed but before shipment:

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Cancellations for Pre-Orders or Custom Orders

If you’ve placed a pre-order or ordered a custom-configured laptop, cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed or production has started. Please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of purchase for more details.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation but can be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy once you receive the item.

• Custom or personalized laptops (if applicable) may not be eligible for cancellation.

6. Order Modifications

If you need to change the details of your order (e.g., change the laptop model or shipping address), please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request before the order is processed or shipped.
